Charles Le Brun (1619 - 1690) became a famous and respected artist under the guise of Louis XIV during the Baroque period. He was the number one designer for Louis XIV and had a run of 30 years to create masterpieces for the king. This is a brilliant work of art to accent and enhance the decor in your home.

History: Versailles I is a European jacquard wall tapestry. The artwork originates with 12 wonderful tapestries commissioned by Charles Le Brun from the La Manufacture des Gobelins. They depict the various Royal Houses belonging to King Louis XIV.
